Hiring process FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Services & Procedure

1)     The first party will fill in the recruitment request and provide the second party with all the needed information and documents including job description, minimum years of experience, salary, benefits data, and other necessary details so as the second Party could provide effective and partial service.

2)     Second party shall conduct all necessary arrangements for interviews in co-ordination with first party who will run them or assign someone to run them and incase the first party wishes to use the facilities of the second party for this purpose, additional fees will be applied.

3)     Second party shall conduct a CBI (Competency Based Interview) assessment report for at least four candidates per position, for the best candidate that fits the company needs, and to ensure the high quality of the candidates in case first party needed for additional fees.

4)     Second party can place job advertisements regarding the positions received from the first party without mentioning the first party’s name unless agreed in writing between parties.

5)     In all cases, the first party shall reserve eventual decision regarding the employment of candidates nominated by second party, whereas the latter shall be informed with the written reasons of rejection.

6)     In case of acceptance the first party should inform the second party with a written copy of the contract and job offer for installment calculation according to article 7 below.

7)     First Party acceptance is a subject to the candidate’s meeting the following terms, whereas second party shall inform the candidate with them;

A)  Passing the necessary medical check- ups

B)  Obtaining the Egyptian government’s concurrence to work in Egypt or overseas.

C)  Obtaining an entry visa to the first party’s country in case of overseas recruitment.

First Party shall install 13% of Annual Income including Bonus and Benefits (One and half Month of Gross Salary) for each selected candidate from the second databases. Payment terms as follows to be paid within 60 Days of invoice issuance

If the candidate `leaves his job during the second three months after his actual hire, they will be replaced free of charge maximum for 1 time. In case the first party is not interested in replacing the candidate , the second party will be obliged to refund:

A)    If the candidate resigns from employment due to personal reasons within 8 months from the start date OR be terminated due to ethical issues, the service provider will endeavor to replace the employee free of charge.

B)    If the replacement is no longer needed, or no candidates were accepted as a replacement, the service provider will refund the company with 100% of the fees during 30 days.

C)    In case no candidates were accepted as a replacement and the company has other open vacancies, the service provider will provide the company with a replacement for one of these positions instead. If the budget of the new position was higher than the requested one to be replaced, such discrepancy is to be paid to the service provider. In case the budget of the new position was less than the requested position to be replaced, the provider will save new candidates in the limit of difference according to company’s needs.

D)    After the 1st three months, any replacement of employee will have to be treated as a new recruitment assignment.

E)     Retainer Fees : none (No Retaining fees to be applied) 

F)     Exclusivity : This agreement is a None Exclusive Agreement

General Terms

1)     Second party shall not, under any circumstances, accept any charges, whether currency or value, from  candidate(s) relative to his / her recruitment.

2)     All relative information supplied by the first party shall be handled in absolute confidence, except with written agreement.

3)     Upon receiving the nominees resumes from the second party, the first party shall inform the second party in writing on the spot in case any of the resumes already exist in its data base.

4)     If the first party failed to inform the first party that any of the resumes sent from the second party already exist in the first party’s data base until the second party send the nominee’s contact details to the first party or until the interview stage, the fees mentioned in article four shall apply once this nominee is hired by the first party

5)     All mentioned articles and terms here instated compose the complete and full contract between the below signing parties whereas no modifications shall be applied unless with a written addendum signed and agreed by both parties.

6)     Arab republic of Egypt laws shall control identifying, executing and validity of this contract.

7)     Any dispute taking place between both parties is to be solved friendly, whereas if not possible, the dispute shall be referred to be judged by South Cairo Elementary Court.

8)     In light of the rules of this contract, all correspondence and / or infirmities shall be sent by e-mail or fax facsimile to both parties on the stated addresses in this contract introduction.

9)     Any rights resulting from the execution of this agreement shall be extended until the completion without any connection to the duration of the contract.
