Chairman Office Manager (Multinational)

Job Description

 

  • Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. Responsible for managing and driving growth of the company’s sales ensuring all revenue opportunities from the CRM are maximized.
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Create a culture of success, ongoing business and goal achievement
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Manage the use of budgets
  • Hire and develop sales staff while defining optimal sales force structure
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
  • Attend and actively participate in senior staff meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations on firm policies regarding sales, new business and other topics that ultimately impact the overall quality of the firm
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully problem-solve whenever challenges or concerns arise
  • Assume all responsibilities for effectively leading an operation team, including ensuring all administrative pieces are in, clients report high satisfaction, all staff clearly understand accounts and assignments, and the entire team is working in a cooperative fashion to promote great work as well as a positive internal team environment
  • Write strategic communication plans and campaign strategies that demonstrate creative approach
  • Consistently meet internal and external deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 12 years working experience
  • Minimum of ten years experience at Real Estate Operations department or related.
  • Proven track record of handling high value quota’s
  • Outstanding public speaking skills
  • Experience developing winning communication and campaign strategies
  • Ability to manage and mentor Directors and Managers
  • Exemplary project management skills
  • Working knowledge of issues related to client interests
