Senior Software Implementer

our client :

a leading Software provider in the region for business solutions and technology services in Oil & Gas industry, was founded in 2011,
HQ in Jordan with another branch in UAE – Abu Dhabi.
We have full team of technical department (web and mobile developers), business delivery department that consists of QA, BA, Implementers and project management department along to the HR Department,

Ensures that deployments of new applications or upgrades are planned and carried out correctly.
Facilitates the implementation and support of different softwares to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall
performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client.
Recommends solutions to meet the clients need.
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of different softwares,providing functional expertise, guidance,
presentation, andinstruction on products to clients
Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practice.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop
necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
Able to create various types of documentation such as SRS, BRS, High level Requirement document, user manual,
and help files.test scenarios, and bug report.
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Training, conducting scheduled sessions with business users.
Build and maintain database(s) supporting system solutions.
Establish quality checks and verification points for database accuracy.
Evaluate operations environment and recommend system solutions.
Design and implement systems related training for all staff related to computers, systems, and system-generated
management tools.
Assist in troubleshooting system issues.
Identify and evaluate hardware and software in the marketplace to provide appropriate business solutions.
Maintain system backups and emergency procedures for department.
Mentoring new Implementation Specialists

Supporting the client in testing the system prior to go live
Developing mobile apps using Microsoft Power apps platform
Handling data migration activities using database level
Understanding and following up with responsible team for Solution architecture/ design documents.

Job Requirements

The ability to assist with internal IT hardware and software requests and support as needed.
Evaluate customer requirements and business processes pre-installation
Provide technical support before, during and after the software is live
Experience with SQL queries and stored procedures; Windows Server, IIS, and .NET are desired.
Miscellaneous client requests and ongoing software configuration, support, and training.
Intermediate knowledge of personal computer hardware and software, including networking and multiple Windows
operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policies
Ability to travel up to 75% of time during customer implementation post COVID-19, in the meantime customer interactions
are conducted over Zoom
Configuring software to meet the required solution design.
