Sales Executive Club Management

Job Description

  1. Prepares daily action plan & reports it to Sales Mgr.
  2. Prepares daily end of shift report & submits it to Sales Mgr.
  3. Sells Club memberships to individuals & Corporate.
  4. Upsell memberships to annual members & non members
  5. Gathers data for market dynamics.
  6. Keeps thorough knowledge of strengths & weaknesses of club.
  7. Performs outbound calls, touring, follow up & facilitates procedures for closing deals with potential customers.
  8. Converts leads to potential customers, following up with customers till closure of
  9. Records all transactions with potential customers in CRM system.
  10. Representing the club, in all external marketing activities including: outdoor booths in malls & exhibitions.
  11. Whenever required, helps with Club Marketing Campaign.

Job Requirements:

  1. High communication Skills, Advanced Negotiation skills & Strong persuasion skills.
  2. Very good presentation skills, with a smart appearance.
  3. University graduate, preferable Business English Section.
  4. Excellent command of English language; spoken & written.
  5. Team player, confident & Punctual.
  6. Trust worthy ,transparent, with credibility.
  7. A Car is preferable
