Roads Highway Engineer

Job Description

To be part of a team supervising the ongoing and future contracts of construction or/and
rehabilitation works.
Overseeing road construction.
Inspection of quality executed road rehabilitation works
Quantity survey for excavation, fill, road layers and amounts for mixing gravel stations.
Producing drawings, contour maps, cadastral maps and cut & fill reports.
Using Google Earth to reconnaissance new projects.
Preparing geo referenced drawings and survey data extraction for buildings, bridges and highways for execution using AUTOCAD & AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D
Pursuit the field work with surveyors and QC inspection.
Execute various types of survey works as governmental buildings, bridges, highways and other facilities.
Establishing Traverse for construction purposes
Design road layers for maintenance and rising efficient.
Quantity survey for gravel, MC and Asphalt.
Continuation of executing stake out axis, edges and leveling.
Making financial summary with transportation authority of roads and bridges

Job Requirements

bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
15-20 years of Experience
Knowledge of international and local design and construction codes/regulations/standards
Experience of implementation of similar size and type project (Civil Engineering—Road Design and
Construction Supervision and Management)
