Office Manager/Personal Assistant to the CEO

  • Job Requirements:
    • 5 year experience in related job
    • Female
    • Fluent Arabic and English speaker, written and spoken, French is a plus
  • Job Description:
    • Manage the CEO’s scheduling, meetings and appointments
    • Directly manage all admin staff (drivers, office boys, office personnel, etc.)
    • Facilitate travel operations (flights, hotels, gifts, etc.)
    • Focal point for board of directors and shareholders
    • Organize day-to-day office operations
    • Manage company’s branding, monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
    • Liaise with facility management vendors
  • Salary: 10,000-15,000, depending on the candidate
