Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Marketing Manager assists the Marketing Director in setting the Department strategy and contributing to corporate objectives.
    Marketing Manager manages the Brand teams, and is responsible for delivering overall business results

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set strategic direction for the Brands.

  • Ensure delivery of Brands objectives and contribute to setting overall business objectives
    Ensure that initiatives are there for sustained long-term business growth.
    Work closely with the Brand teams to set goals for their respective businesses.
    Ensure flawless delivery of Trade Marketing objectives / projects.
    Lead troubleshooting and brainstorming quests to address business problem areas.
    Manage Brand teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and marketing plans.
    Manage Brand teams’ performance.
    Assist in setting plans for organizational resources that enable meeting the business demands. This
    includes people development and recruitment.
    Formulate the strategic business plans with the Brand teams.
    Ensure alignment with Company policies, plans, and programs.
    Champion functional, systematic inter-departmental connection, and recommend improvements where needed.
    Manage the Marketing Department reporting, and continuously improve it to meet Management needs.
    Be knowledgeable of applicable policies for Department operations, and ensure the Brand teams understand and adhere to them,
    Adopt the Company mission and values, and act as the reference to the Brand teams on them.
    Function as the reporting senior for all Brand team members.
    Be the role model to all Brand personnel.
    Meet the Marketing Manager’s expectations.
    Meet Regional Management’s expectations.

Job Requirements

Educational:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Major Marketing) or relevant
    Average 15 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing in a variety of positions/levels
    Preference to holders of MBA or similar qualifications in addition.
    Proficient in Microsoft applications.
    Excellent command in spoken and written Arabic & English.
