About the Company:

For over 20 years, the company has been the table top flagship in Egypt and the African region. The company is the sole distributor of various renowned international suppliers and makers of buffet ware, chinaware, flatware, glassware, hollow ware, kitchen utensils and polycarbonate pool-ware.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Design compensation and benefits packages
Implement performance evaluation
Improve and monitor employee productivity
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Create and run referral bonus programs
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in all HR functions
Proven work experience as an HR Executive
Previous experience in OD, payroll & Performance management is a must
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Good knowledge of labor legislation
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
