HR & Admin Assistant - (Multinational )

Job Description

1) Perform HR Administration work: Expenses preparation, travel arrangements & follow-up, leaves record, filing, medical insurance follow-up (approvals, claims, refunds, addition & deletions…), organization updates, IT coordination…
2) Coordinate procurement function: dealing with suppliers, collecting offers, issuing & receiving POs
3) Coordinate HSE function
4) Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
5) Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
6) Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
7) Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
8) Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information

Job Requirements:

Preferred age: 25 to 30
Proven Track Record in Admin Function for at Least 3 Years (Multinational or int’l)
Proven Track Record in HR for At Least 2 years (Multinational or int’l)
Gender: Female
HR background is a MUST
Multinational background is a MUST
