Years of Experience:
- 15-20 Years in different fields specially manufacturing
- University degree in finance, business administration, quantitative methods, economics – (AUC Graduate could be a plus), MBA, CMA, CPA, CMA … etc)
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) and consolidation requirements.
- Hands on experience in all finance department activities.
- Experience in a senior management position.
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
- Experience with corporate governance.
- Proven negotiation skills
- Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
