Key Responsibilities of the Factory Manager required position:

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments.
  Providing leadership and motivation to other managers and supervisors.
  Overseeing the implementation of new technologies or processes in order to improve efficiency
  Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting their goals on time
  Monitoring and controlling the production and maintenance operations effectively to make sure that production schedules are met.
  Ensuring that operation is in compliance with all safety and quality requirements
  Ensuring production deliveries on time and solving any issues related to quality standards.
  Deliver needed operations reports to management
  Prepare and control operational budgets.
  Improve processes and policies in support of operational goals.
  Plan the use of human resources and organize the placement of required staff.
  Liaison with top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
  Implement and manage operational cost saving plans.
