Job Main Duties:

Maintenance & Engineering Manager.

Job Description
Job Summary

Prepare a full range maintenance plans that will insure good keeping & excellent preserving conditions of all group assets (buildings, landscape, furniture & equipments).


1.Ensure the safety of all elevators and perform necessary maintenance on a regular basis.
2.Follow the administrative building’s internal and external lighting network and verify its safety, perform required maintenance and quickly fix any glitches
3.Check the water and sewage connections and verify their good condition and quickly perform required maintenance and repairs
4.Check the irrigation system (water pumping machines) present at the gardens and green areas surrounding the residential house and administrative building.
5.Ensure the efficiency of the Central Air – conditioning units in all Premises
6.Maintain and control all electromechanical machines for all premises
7.Ensure the efficiency of all electrical generators (in the administrative building and residence area) and perform required maintenance periodically
8.Ensure the validity of all machinery, equipment and facilities of the Administrative building and residential house, make sure they are operating well and perform necessary maintenance
9.Follow up on the execution of all maintenance work at the administrative building (internal and external wall coatings and ceramics)

10. Check the furniture conditions periodically (employees offices— wooden cupboards -wooden doors,,,, etc.) and perform regular maintenance
11.Visit all the Group sites and ensure the safety and good condition of all the building’s facilities and equipments.
12.Check electricity and water consumption on a daily basis and analyze any increase and record monthly consumptions, comparing it with previous year and define the reasons for any differences
13.Prepare annual maintenance budget.
14.Assist in the selection and recruitment of the engineering team.
15.Plan preventive maintenance for all buildings, machines, tools, landscape, electro-mechanical, electricity…etc

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Relevant.
•Experience : more than 7 years
•Leading and positive personality
•Asset / premises maintenance management experience is a must
•Good level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word.
•Good command of English language
