Commercial Director

A Commercial Director is expected to add value to the growth of the business by analyzing new commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting the commercial activity of the company to generate revenue and growth. Aspirants are expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset along with the leadership qualities. The Commercial Director is responsible for the overall performance of the Sales, Customer Service & Marketing & Communication Departments.
Determine annual unit & gross – profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Collaborate with senior & middle management levels to set revenue goals & company strategy as well as implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects.
Budgeting, forecasting and the ability to re-adjust spending /costing according to market changes.
Contribute to team effort in achieving the organizations targets and generating profit.
Collaborate with other job functions and departments inside the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training employees. As well as counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising teams’ job results.
Develop methods, controlling systems and SOP’s that support the overall organization’s strategy & goals.
Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.
Proficient at analyzing data, building reports & providing strategic recommendations based on data & market trends.

Job Requirements:

Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
15+ years of experience in Real estate.
FLUENT English is a must.
Giza residents are preferable.

Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up.
