Job Description

  • Storytellers are the creative engine behind all the company’s work, working directly with the Chief Executive Officer. They are the real talent that transforms, analyzes and generates messages into real life stories; that are both compelling and touching and will act as the core of any project.
  • As an associate storyteller your job could simply be summarized into internal communication. Prominent CEOs, GM’s and presidents of global multinationals come to the company with a very dry business brief that consists of data, numbers, charts, graphs etc… telling us what they ultimately want to say to their organization, however lacking the right way of saying it. Your job is to take all this information and convert it into what we call an inspirational story, and because we do not put a ceiling on our creativity, we use anything from videos, analogies, concepts, animations, digital technology… you name it in order to bring this story to life. But it does not stop there, we actually coach those CEOs and presidents on what to say, how to say it, what the watch outs are, in order to make sure that we are delivering THE right impact to the audience, because frankly, that is the ultimate goal.
