Admin Assistant (Shipping Multinational)

About the Job

We are seeking for one of our clients an Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Answers the incoming telephone calls and transfer it to the related person
  • Meets the clients and direct them properly
  • Responsible for the stationary stock.
  • Responsible for the purchasing requests for employee’s requirements after coordinating with the financial department.
  • Responsible for reporting and following up on any maintenance tasks with the concerned parties
  • Courier file (getting offers, sending and delivering shipments, sending the monthly b/ls numbers to the head office).
  • Proceed with any new assigning tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • Good command of English
  • Preferably fresh graduate-Entry level
  • Presentable
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
