Process Engineer Oil & Gas (Multinational)

Job Description

Job Title Process Engineer
Job Purpose 

  • Development of high value Process engineering, in order to achieve the objective of the project, ensuring the application of the highest standards of plant integrity, safety and environmental protection, collaborating with the project
    team

Main Responsibilities 

  • Process design
  • Key activities Knowledge of all execution phases/activities of a project and of the related technical content;
  • Ability to interface with the other technical disciplines in an optimal way;
  • Ability to carry out budgeting activities (documents list, etc.) and relative project timing estimates;
  • Ability to elaborate optimization studies, calculation analysis, and to write the related reports
  • Ability to fill in devices and instrumentation data sheets
  • Preparation of specifications for the purchase of equipment and/or services.
    Preparation of technical opinions during tender.
  • Follow-up activities of the supplies with approval of the documentation issued by the suppliers in order to finalize/optimize the detailed engineering
    Any field engineering activities during assembly and start-up phases of the plants.
    Reports to Project Engineer (with regard to projects) / Process Discipline Leader (Routine activity)
  • Other Process Dep. Expertise and different disciplines
    Interfaces Suppliers and third parties
    Process specialists

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of international and national standards and laws applicable to both onshore and offshore Oil&Gas plants;
  • Ability to develop flow diagrams and P&ID
  • Practical knowledge of IT tools for process simulations(Aspen Hysys, Aspen Flare System Analyser; Aspen Plus).
  • Level Engineer (preferably Chemical engineer).
  • Minimum job grade: Senior at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written) – ability to write reports and documents in synthetic and clear way.

Technical Safety Engineer Oil

Job Description

Engineer (preferably Chemist or Environment and Territory), and in possession of mastery of specialized techniques in the field of safety engineering.
Minimum job grade: Junior
Job Purpose
Develop a high value in Technical safety design, to achieve the objectives of the project while ensuring the application of the highest standards of plant integrity, safety, and environmental protection, collaborating with the project team

Main Responsibilities

Technical safety design
Key activities Knowledge of all the phases/activities of execution of a project and its technical content;
Ability to carry out estimation activities (list of documents, etc.) and relative estimation of project timing;
Knowledge of international and national regulations and standards applicable to both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas plants;
Participation in Process Safety analyses, including activities related to the HAZID / HAZOP methodology.
Knowledge of Risk Assessment methodologies aimed at the elaboration of Formal Safety
Assessments studies (eg. Quantitative Risk Assessment, Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment,
Emergency System Survivability Analysis, Evacuation Escape, and Rescue Assessment, ALARP
Demonstration Report, Gas Dispersion Study, Gas Explosion Study, Noise Study, Dropped Object Study, etc.)
Knowledge of specialized methodologies or application software programs (e.g. DNV PHAST software)
Skills in the Classification of Hazardous Areas according to CEI 60079-10 and API 505.
Ability to independently follow simple safety studies
Reports to Project Engineer (within the projects) / Technical Safety Discipline
Leader (Routine activities)
Interfaces Project team
Other technical safety specialists and different disciplines
Main External

Job Requirements

HSE Specialists/Partner Contractor Process
Chemist or Environment and Territory
Experience At least 3 years of experience in the development of safety engineering, with preference in Oil & Gas plants (onshore and/or offshore facilities)

Cost Controller – Oil & Gas

As a Project/Cost Controls professional, you'll partner with our project managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost and risks

Typical duties will include:

Develop, monitor, track, analyze, forecast, and report on project budgets, estimates to complete, commitments, expenditures, project progress and productivity, work plans and schedules, projects cost at completion, WBS cost coding, subcontracts, and change management.
Preparation of spreadsheets and a wide variety of routine cost analyses, cash flow, and other cost related evaluations
Set-up, monitor & report earned value progress measurement systems for projects, including analysis based on input from project leads
Produce various planning and scheduling reports and analysis
Consolidate performance data to support performance measurement, data analysis, and cost forecasting.
Assist in the development of project work plans and schedules, create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path.
