To develop a good relationship with existing and new customers to increase business, discuss requirements, discuss with reporting manager to give quotations, negotiates sales contracts and volume pricing agreements.
To process customer purchase orders, coordinate with Supply Chain & Commercial Dept and update the customer on the shipment status.
Forecast territory sales figures, monitor monthly actual sales versus budget for the product portfolio assigned, customer wise and product wise assigned by line manager.
To prepare daily customer visit report, opportunities, projects and update them in THE COMPANY CRM
system. Prepare reports for Supplier wise and product wise on marketing & sales.
Develops and executes a territory Sales & Marketing plan including a comprehensive sales call, customer visits, marketing activities, promotion, business development and customer follow-ups.
Coordinates with support staff in Accounts, Commercial and Logistics Department to ensure all customer needs are understood and met in a timely manner.
To attend industry tradeshow, exhibition, seminars, meetings locally and regionally to perform
business development activities.
Travel to visit customers within Egypt and outside based on assigned territory.
Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way to all target customers by maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Initiate & implement marketing & sales plans with the help and under supervision of reporting manager to increase market share and revenue growth in all company’s products.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and preference for Chemistry or Pharmacy graduates.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales function in relevant industry (pharmaceutical/food/raw material manufacturing industry)
Must be fluent in Arabic & English
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Sufficient command over use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to cope under pressure and produce accurate time critical information
Good Analytical & problem-solving skills
Driving License is an advantage

Cost Controller – Oil & Gas
As a Project/Cost Controls professional, you'll partner with our project managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost and risks
as well as provide alternative strategies for mitigation/opportunities. You'll utilize advanced Enterprise System platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.
Typical duties will include:
Develop, monitor, track, analyze, forecast, and report on project budgets, estimates to complete, commitments, expenditures, project progress and productivity, work plans and schedules, projects cost at completion, WBS cost coding, subcontracts, and change management.
Preparation of spreadsheets and a wide variety of routine cost analyses, cash flow, and other cost related evaluations
Set-up, monitor & report earned value progress measurement systems for projects, including analysis based on input from project leads
Produce various planning and scheduling reports and analysis
Consolidate performance data to support performance measurement, data analysis, and cost forecasting.
Assist in the development of project work plans and schedules, create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify critical path.
Provide technical guidance to other project controls staff in schedule and cost control procedures.

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, Cost Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
Good verbal and written communications skills and a desire to work with details
Experience in using and understanding earned value progress and experience in all phases of home office engineering
Proficient computer skills using MS Office tools and Excel

Job Description Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. Prepare, undertake and execute an overall plan to maintain quality of the Distribution & Fleet performance. Supervises daily the implementation of the distribution plan Managing dispatching operations to ensure that all orders will be delivered during the designated period Review and enhance repair and maintenance plan and track site maintenance status. Conduct plan for corrective, periodic, and preventive maintenance . Prepare, track and control annual budget for repair and maintenance activities. Manage and control team overtime and annual leaves according to the work needs. Identify if repairs will be finalized on location or through external workshops. Control and tracking petty cash advance and payment with team. Responsible for managing overtime and vacation requests initiated by direct reports. Manage routes and transportation team to ensure professional service delivery Monitor maintenance and operation cost Submits regular reports to direct Manager Prepares the distribution plan in proportion to the company's policy Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 3-5 years ( Minimum ) experience in the same position.
