Vacancy: Admin Assistant, Cairo, Egypt
Main Job Duties:
- Handle administrative requests from senior managers.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Following up the emails and daily office needs.
- Answer direct phone calls.
- Responsible for travel arrangements and dealing with DHL.
- 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Excellent command of English language (FLUENT)
- Age bracket: 25-35
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
