  • Handle administrative requests from senior managers.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Following up the emails and daily office needs.
  • Answer direct phone calls.
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and dealing with DHL.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Excellent command of English language (FLUENT)
  • Age bracket: 25-35
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
