Main Job Duties:

    1. Handle administrative requests from senior managers.
    2. Organizing and scheduling appointments.
    3. Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
    4. Following up the emails and daily office needs.
    5. Answer direct phone calls.
    6. Responsible for travel arrangements and dealing with DHL

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Excellent command of English language (FLUENT)
  • Age bracket: 25-35
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
